- Cut capsicum, onion and tomatoes into diced. Heat a pan add oil add ginger garlic paste salt and sugar according to taste saute for a while till raw smell of garlic and ginger is gone.
- Add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion and tomatoes toss and mix well inthe ginger garlic so that every thi is well coated. Add pinch of garam masala and cream cook on low flame and remove it.
- Now make flaky paratha out of the dough. Roll out into flat chapati apply ghee on the top and fold it like fan. Roll it from one end and make a chapati out on it.
