  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

  9. 5 cheese slices
  10. 100 gms Amul butter
  11. 100 gms processed cheese

  1. Soak moong dal for 4 hours.
  2. Grind it to the thick paste by adding ginger chilli paste & little bit of water.
  3. Now add baking soda in the batter & stir properly.
  4. Now take a non stick pan add butter & put the batter on the pan cook it.
  5. If one side is cooked properly then flip it & cut it by using knife or spatula as we as cut the pizza into slices & stuff the veggies, add chaat masala,black pepper powder, salt, oregano in the stuffing.
  6. Also add cheese slices, grated cheese inside it, as shown in the picture.
  7. Now add butter on four sides & on the top & flip and cook it completely.
  8. Remove the crispy healthy chilzaa on butter paper & serve it with green chutney or sauce.
