- Salt
- 4-5 tbsp cornflour
- Oil
- For Chicken
- 1/2 Kg chicken boneless
- 4 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Gingergarlic paste
- 1.5 tbsp paprika powder
- 3 tbsp Tikka masala
- Salt
- For Sauce
- 5 tomatoes medium
- 5-6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp Dried mix herbs
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 pieces garlic chopped
- salt
- Veggies
- 3 Capsicum medium size
- 1 1/2 onion medium
- Cheese
- 150 gm Cheddar Cheese
- 100 gm Mozzarella Cheese
Steps to make to make Pizza fries
- For Fries: Cut potatoes in the standard shape and dip it in water until you're ready to fry. Before frying drain all the water and add salt and cornflour and mix it thoroughly. Fry it first on low flame then on high flame until it gets crispy.
- For Chicken: marinate chicken by adding all the ingredients in yoghurt and pour this mixture over chicken pieces. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until it gets tender. Shred or cut it in small cubes as per your will.
- For Sauce: In a pan heat oil, fry sliced garlic and add diced onion in it. Fry onion until it gets transparent then add finely chopped tomatoes. Cook it over low flame until it gets soft. Mash this mixture and add ketchup and all other ingredients gradually. Give it a boil. It's ready to use
- Assembling: In a pan spread fries like a base. Add sauce, spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese, add chicken and veggies. On top add remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle crushed red pepper and mixed herbs. Put it in pre heat oven until cheese gets melt or you can place your pan over tawa on low flame until cheese melts.
