- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder

- Pinch salt
- for Pizza white sauce
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp Flour/maida
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pinch salt
Steps to make to make Vegetables pizza
- In the mixing bowl add maida/flour, sugar powder, salt, baking soda and mix well. Then add melted butter/ghee, curd. Knead well with gentle and soft. Cover with a wet cloth and rest in 30 mins.
- Now prepare pizza sauce in pan add ginger, garlic cloves, roughly cut onion, tomato and add water. Covered and cook for 5-6mint with moderate heat. Then allow to cool. Add than mixer jar and grind to puree.
- Now in heat pan add oil and kashmiri red chilli powder, oregano. Cook and mix well.than add puree and cook for another 2-3 mint. Add sugar powder, salt and mix well.
- Turn off heat and keep aside. Now ready pizza sauce.
- Now prepare white sauce. In pan heat melted ghee, add flour and cook 3-4 mint in low flame.add milk and stir continuously. Cook until thickness. Add some salt and mix well. Off the flame. Keep aside. Now ready for pizza white sauce.
- Now in pan/kadahi spread salt and free heat for 20 mint keep a stand in middle and covered.after 30 mints dough become soft. Roll out into thick chapati using little flour.
- Grease oil into bake/fry plate/pan.place pizza base and adjust using hand. Add fork marks in base. Spread pizza sauce, than spread white sauce. Than topping with onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato, little white sauce on top again, some red chilli flake, sprinkle some oregano/mixed herb.
- Now place pizza into free heated kadhai/pan and cover it. Cook for 20-25 mint on moderate heat.
- Than off the flame. And transfer into a serving plate. Cut into 4part(as like) and now serve it with pizza sauce. It's very healthy and tasty.
