  1. Take a bowl, and take finely chopped methi leaves, add ginger and chill paste, salt to taste, jaggery, curd, 2-3 tbsp of oil, sesame seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder.
  2. Marinate everything till it leaves all the water. once the water is separated add flour and mix it into a dough. it should not be tight but loose.
  3. Take a pan and switch the gas on low flame, take 1/2 spoon of oil and spread it on the pan. then take a dough and tap it with your hand on the pan.
  4. Then add 1 tsp of oil and cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on one side. Once cooked turn the side and add oil and let it cook till it turn golden crispy brown.

  6. Take two debras and on one debra apply pizza sauce. And grate the cheese on the debra.
  7. Cover the debra with another debra and again apply pizza sauce, grated cheese (mozzarella & cheddar), then arrange jalapenos, olives, and sprinkle chill flakes, chat masala, mixed herbs
  8. Then put it in a pan on a low flame and cover the pan for 10 minutes till cheese melts and the Debra double-layered pizza.
  9. Its ready to serve.
