- Take a large bowl and mix together maida, yeast mixture, olive oil and mix well. Add remaining lukewarm water to the flour mixture and knead well to make a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and keep aside for 2 hours till it raises to double the measure. Now punch down the dough and knead again for 5 minutes.
- Now we are entering the final stage of our vegetable pizza preparation. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and keep aside
