- Mix the Maida, with yeast, sat, sugar and garlic powder. Pour oil also.

- Then cut the squares orgivr parcel shape. Dust flour on baking tray and place all the parcels. Brush the egg, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, put olives and sprinkle Italian herbs (option)
- Put it in preheat oven at 200C for 25 -30 mins. And serve with chili garlic sauce.
