- 100 gm suji
- 100 ml oil
- 50 gm curd
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp milk
- to taste Salt

- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped finely
- 3 medium size onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp soda bicarb (Fruit salt)
- as needed Oil for greasing
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup green chutney of Dhaniya mirchi
- 4 cube grated cheese (Amul)
Instructions to make to make Pizza Crackles
- First of all in a bowl take maida, suji, fruit salt and baking powder..sieve it for 2 -3 times.
- In the other bowl take oil, curd and milk together...beet it with the whisker.
- Now add flour to the mixture.Mix it well.Then add chopped onion, tomatoes and capsicum.
- Add chilli flakes,salt Oregano and stir it.Keep this mixture aside for 10 to 15 minutes and give it rest.
- Other side take Appam or paduvali stand and grease it with some oil.Put it on the flame and heat it.
- Fill it with the better which we made (with the help of spoon).cover it with the lid. Keep it for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Then turn it on the other side and keep it on the flame for 5 minutes
- The balls turn golden brown..with this method make all the balls.Now it's time for serving.
- In a serving plate arrange balls.Put some green chutney on it.then put some pizza sauce..chopped onions and some grated cheese too.At last put olive on the top for garnishing. (as shown in the pic)Sprinkle some oregano & chilli flakes if you want.
