- For paratha dough.
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp oil or ghee
- 1/4 tsp salt
- For paratha stuffing.
- 1/3 cup grated boiled potato
- 1/3 cup grated paneer
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped chilli or chilli flakes
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- For pizza toppings.
- 5-6 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 green capsicum slices
- 1/2 red capsicum sliced
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 1/2 cup amul diced cheese
Instructions to make to make Pizza Paratha or Desi Pizza, without oven
- Firstly, prepared the dough for paratha.. Take flour, salt and 1tsp ghee in a big bowl. Add in water gradually and knead it. Make a soft dough. Further add 1tsp ghee and knead it again, this way the dough will be moist. Keep the prepared dough aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Now prepared the feeling... Mix all the ingredients together, adjust salt and this is ready.
- Further, divide the dough into four equal portions. Take two portions and roll them like chapati. Now spread water at the edges of one chapati.
- Now spread prepared feeling evenly over it. Make sure do not spread feeling at edges. Cover it with second chapati and sell the edges well.
- Heat a pan and spread 1tsp ghee or oil. Keep the flame on low. Place paratha in the pan and cook. Once it is cooked from one side, carefully flip it and remove the pan from heat.
- Spread Pizza Sauce on the cooked side, add sliced vegetables, paneer or any topping of your choice. Now spread diced cheese or pizza cheese, some oregano, chilli flakes and basil leaves.
- Spread 1tsp ghee from the sides, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take it out from pan. Healthy Pizza Paratha is ready.
- Cut pizza into pieces and serve hot. Enjoy
