- One side gets firm and it is cooked, then flip the other side with the help of a broad spatula and keep the uncooked side on the same pan, switch off gas.
- Now add sauce, cheese, veggies on the cooked side.
- Add all your favourite toppings, add grated cheese, sprinkle oregano, pepper powder, slight salt, chilli flakes and put to flame and cook for 3-4 minutes till cheese melts and keep in stand by mode for another 1-2 minutes.

- Transfer to a plate, let it cool a bit and then cut into desired pieces and it is ready to serve.
