- 1/4 cup sabudana /Sago pearls
- as per taste Rock salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tsp curd
- 2 tsp dry coconut powder
- 1/2 Cup paneer cubes
- 1/2 Cup grated paneer
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 boiled potato
- 1-2 green chilli
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Instructions to make to make Falahari pizza
- Wash and soak sabudana in water for 2 hrs and make a paste in a mixing jar with little water. Take rajgira flour in a bowl, add sago paste, 2-3 tsp ghee, salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder. Knead and make a dough using curd. Cover this dough with a plate and keep it for a half-hour.
- Take some paneer and grate it and keep it in a bowl. We will use it instead of cheese for pizza garnishing in the last step
- Take 2 tomatoes in a mixer jar, add sugar, salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and blend all of them.Take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Cook this tomato paste in the pan for 4 to 5 mins.Your pizza falahari sauce is ready.
- Take coconut powder, 5-6 paneer cubes with 3-4 tsp water in a mixer jar. Make a paste by blending. Your falahari white sauce is ready.
- Make balls from the dough of step 1.Using a rolling pin make round chapatis for the pizza base.
- Take a non-stick pan. Add some ghee to it. Put step 4 pizza chapati on the pan. Spread white sauce on it then spread red pizza sauce made in step 3.Then spread sliced tomato, sliced potato, paneer cubes. Sprinkle some grated paneer followed by rock salt and black pepper powder. Also, sprinkle red chili flakes over it. Cover the pan and cook this pizza on low-medium flame for 15 mins. Your falahari pizza is ready to serve and enjoy with family. Happy Navaratri to all.
