  20. 1 tsp coriander powder
  21. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  22. 1/2 tsp gram masala
  23. 1 tsp or to taste chilli flakes
  24. 1 tsp Oregano
  25. 1/4 cup tomato sauce

  1. For dough : In mixing bowl sieve wheat flour add salt and ajwaine. Mix well
  2. Add water gradually knead and make soft dough. Add 1/2 tsp ghee knead again and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. For Stuffing : on medium flame heat desi ghee in a wok. Add cumin seeds and asafoetodia its crackled add ginger and green chilli. Saute 10 seconds
  4. Now add Cauliflower, carrot and peas. Saute nicely cook on simmer for 1 minute. Now add all rest veggies mix well. Cover lid and cook for until crunchy.
  5. Now mix all spices one by one. Mix well and roasted for 3o seconds. Add chilli flakes and Oregano. Stuffing is ready. Transfer into plate and keep aside for cooling.
  6. How to Proceed : Now again knead the dough. Divide into 4 equal balls. (for 2 Parathas)
  7. Roll out 2 roti into round size. Take one roti, spread sauce all over the top and 2 tbsp stuffing mixture spread evenly.
  8. Great cheese. On 2nd roti apply water and cover the stuffing with it and seal the edges carefully. Now again roll out smoothly.
  9. On medium flame heat tawa. Place pizza Paratha apply ghee.. cook one side flip it carefully. Light brown patches appear on both sides apply ghee/butter.
  10. Switch off the flame. Transfer into plate. Apply butter. Cut into pieces looks like pizza.
  11. Pizza Paratha is ready for lunch box.
