  1. In a large bowl, add lukewarm milk, water, sugar and yeast. Mix well using a whisk to dissolve the yeast completely. If you are not confident about the yeast, I would suggest proofing as suggested below the ingredients table.Add the flour, salt and gather first. Knead to get a smooth dough.Keep covered with a wet cloth or cling wrap the mouth of bowl. Set aside until an hour.

You can roll/ wrap the base in the rolling pin gently and un-wrap in the baking pan Preheat the oven for 190 degree Celsius (375 F) and bake for 14 - 15 mins..till the base starts to turn golden and the cheese turns golden brown. The base should move freely which indicates a perfectly baked base.Transfer to another solid surface and cut your choice.
